These forms are designed to encourage the bidder to fill out all requested information.  Printed on full 8½ X 11 sheets. 

Bid sheets include:

• Donor name
• Opening Bid
• Minimum Bid Increment

We can even include your logo and any other special wording at the bottom of the bid sheet

• $2.50 per auction item

Normal shipping is Federal Express next day. Shipping charges vary depending on the number of items.
